I am a believer in the pragmatic use of user research to improve deliverables. Some projects can benefit from quick, low cost methods like online surveys, card sorts and web analytics. Other projects require full usability tests or ethnography. No matter the case I have the skills and experience to not only design and moderate this research, but to analyze the data and report the results in clear and actionable ways.
